Dr Kite founded Magic Numbers in 2010. It's a company specialising in analysis to evaluate marketing that provides insights in a human and approachable way while also ensuring results are reliable. Magic Numbers clients include Money Supermarket, Yorkshire Tea, Fever Tree, and Wagamama. Via her training company, Magic Works, Dr Kite offers practical, no-nonsense courses that teach marketing professionals how to use data effectively and get the right balance between different types of marketing investments.In recognition of her significant contributions to the field of marketing effectiveness, Grace has won numerous awards, including the Grand Prix at the IPA awards for Cadbury and the Grand Prix at Cannes lions for Heineken. She is respected columnist and speaker, writing articles on Marketing Week and WARC, and regularly giving keynote talks at international conferences such as Cannes Lions, SXSW and Festival of Marketing.
