There will be a complimentary cloakroom for small bags and coats available just before the registration area at Performance Marketing World: Unlocked. 

The Business Design Centre operates their own portal which can be found here to view the best rates for accommodation surrounding the venue. Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge. Please notify us by sending an email to [email protected] with the full contact details (name, job title, email, dietary/accessibility requirements) of the new attendee.

You will receive an eTicket for Performance Marketing World: Unlocked via email 1 week before the event - this will just be an email containing a barcode which you’ll be able to scan on arrival to exchange for your name badge. If you are registered and haven’t received an eTicket, our team will also easily be able to locate your registration by name onsite.

The Business Design Centre is a fully DDA compliant venue and has a resource available on their website outlining accessibility both inside and outside the venue, including details for car parking, elevator access, accessible bathrooms, assistance dogs and further accessibility details.

Conference audio

The main stage and stages 1 and 2 will be running as a silent conference, with all conference audio running through wireless headsets provided for these stages. Our other stages will be smaller and run with PA/speakers for the audio. If you require a hearing loop or have any other requests that may assist you to get the most out of the event, please do let us know ahead of the event at: [email protected]

Complimentary light refreshments as well as lunch will be provided throughout the two days of Performance Marketing World: Unlocked. A barista coffee cart with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate will also be provided by our event partner, UPP Technologies. Water stations are also set up throughout the event and we’ll also be hosting a drinks reception at the end of day 1 for all event attendees.

Quiet space

If you require the use of a quiet space to take a moment away from the sensory experience of the exhibition to rest, reflect or pray, we will have a dedicated room available, which can be found on the lower ground floor. Please follow our on site event signage which will direct you to the room. Dedicated networking, seating and remote working spaces will be available throughout the event for phone calls, meetings, discussions or anything that may disturb the quiet enjoyment of the quiet space for others.

Water

There are re-fillable water points located either side of the mezzanine space as well as water fountains throughout the event - please follow the signage on site which will indicate your nearest water point.

Toilets

Toilet facilities are accessible from the mezzanine space and ground floor - event signage will also direct to the nearest toilet facility. Disabled toilets are located on the first floor in Stairwell B and F. Baby changing facilities are located on the second level (mezzanine level) in Stairwell C and G. 

Please log into our event app and visit the book a meeting section. From here, you’ll be able to send a meeting request to an exhibitor or another delegate, view their availability and select a location. The location will allow you to view which tables are available and you’ll also be able to reserve a numbered table for your meeting.

Our two bookable networking areas are located on the lower ground floor, close to registration. From here, you’ll be able to locate your table number for your meeting.

For meetings with exhibitors, you may wish to visit the exhibitor's stand or NOOK first to check in - you can then head across to the meeting area together.

As long as presenters have indicated that they're happy to share their slides with attendees, these will be available following the presentation from the presentation slides section of the app.

Our app will be live for 90 days following Performance Marketing World: Unlocked, so do feel free to pop back to chat with other attendees, collect your business cards or review the presentation slides.

Unfortunately not - Performance Marketing World: Unlocked is a live conference and sessions will not be live streamed or recorded.

Stand backdrops, counters and other event signage will be supplied by Insite Graphics, all which are fabric or paper-based, and will be recycled or repurposed into clean community energy.
